Asked if Mr Assange's website WikiLeaks should be shut down for disseminating secret US cables, Mr Rudd said it was a question of law. "We are a nation of laws, and in a nation of laws we first wait for the advice from the AFP (Australian Federal Police) ... a decision taken by public prosecutors, and third a determination by Australian courts," he told reporters in Brisbane on Wednesday.
