Congress president Sonia Gandhi on Friday asked people to uphold secular principles and reject parochial politics as it weakens the society and creates roadblocks in the path of development. Addressing a mammoth rally in Sewagram, 80 km away from Nagpur, to mark the conclusion of 'Sadhbhavna week' and the 'Gram to Sewagram flag march' organised by the Maharashtra Congress, Gandhi said the onus of ensuring secularism and inclusive development rests with Congress.
