A 911 recording captured Maria Shriver's call for help after her 13-year-old son Christopher was injured in a boogie board accident earlier this week.

Christopher, the son of Shriver and Arnold Schwarzenegger , is expected to make a full recovery after suffering injuries from a boogie board accident on Escondido Beach in Malibu, Calif., on July 17.
