Madge went horseback riding Saturday afternoon at the Hamptons compound of friend and photographer Steven Klein when a nasty tumble off her horse lead to a visit to Southampton Hospital. She was treated for minor injuries and released.     In the celebrity vacation spot with sons Rocco and David, Madonna’s horse was  jumping hurdles when she took the fall, prompting a team of ten bystanders to rush to her aid--including boytoy Jesus Luz.
