"30 Rock" (8:30 p.m. Thursday, WMAQ-Ch. 5; Rating: ****) , won the best-comedy Emmy for the second time in September. And despite intense media scrutiny in the last couple of months, she has shrugged off her growing stardom with typical self-deprecation.

Maybe she's bad at poker. Do we know if she tips well? I mean, the woman has to have a flaw, though no major ones have surfaced. One thing is certain: She isn't coasting. As it kicks off its third season, "30 Rock" is still a great deal of fun. Thank goodness. If only Fey could work the same ratings magic for low-rated "30 Rock" that she did for "SNL," all would be right with the world.
