Cavium Networks (NASDAQ: CAVM), a leadingprovider of highly integrated semiconductor products that enableintelligent processing for networking, wireless, storage and videoapplications, today announced that they have completed their acquisition ofMontaVista Software, Inc., finalizing an agreement that was announced onNovember 10, 2009.
